Nicola qualified in 1991 from the University of Birmingham. She went on to become an associate dentist in Banbury. In 1994 she took over Botley Dental Practice becoming the Principle dentist. Postgraduate qualifications include the Membership of Fellowship of General Dental Practice Exam.

She enjoys the diagnosis and treatment planning aspect of dentistry and has a particular interest in treating families.

Nicola enjoys exercising, going to the cinema and entertaining her 4 children.

Pepe qualified in 1991 from the University of Birmingham. He went on to work in Northampton where he became a Vocational Trainer for 4 years, involved in training new graduates in their first year. During this time he held a position of clinical assistant in oral surgery at Horton General Hospital. Postgraduate qualifications include the Membership of Fellowship of General Dental Practice Exam. In 2001 Pepe joined the team at Botley Dental Practice.

He enjoys all aspects of dental practice, in particular treatment planning and discussing options of treatment and having a good rapport with the patients!

Pepe enjoys running, tennis, playing the piano and socialising.

Katherine Rees BDS(Birm)1998

Katherine qualified from Birmingham University in 1998. She returned to Birmingham Dental Hospital as a tutor to undergraduate dentists. She has undertaken further training in Manchester in advanced dental surgery with Dr Paul Tipton, extensively studying the most recent developments and advances in dentistry. After 3 years working in the Birmingham area with one of the U.K. leading implant surgeons, Mr Neil Wilson, she moved to Botley Dental Practice in 2002.

Katherine is currently studying a qualification in aesthetic dentistry with the Central England specialist dental team. She enjoys all aspects of general practice and has a special interest in aesthetic dentistry.

Out of work Katherine enjoys running and spending time with her 3 children.

Mo Naqvi BDS(Lond)2004, Dip. Hyp, MJDF RCS(Eng)2012

Mo qualified from Guys, Kings and St Thomas' Hospital in London, completing vocational training with Oxford University and joined Botley Dental Practice in 2005.  Since qualifying, Mo has continued comprehensive training into the most up to date dental procedures and research. He has an avid interest in Cosmetic Dentistry with extensive training in Dental Implants under some of Europe’s most prominent Implantologists. Mo is a registered Hypnotherapist and is accomplished in helping nervous patients.  He is currently gaining a Joint membership with the Royal College of Surgeons and General Dental Practitioners.

When not checking your teeth Mo can be spotted watching England playing Cricket or at Wimbledon Tennis championship (his backhand still needs improvement!).
Louisa Hoy EDH

Louisa started her dental career as a dental nurse and gained her qualification in 2004 from The Eastman Dental Institute in London.  She then went on to study Dental Hygiene at the University of Birmingham and qualified in 2008.  Louisa worked in Birmingam as a dental hygienist until 2010 when she moved back to her hometown of Oxford.  She joined the dental team in 2011.
 
Out of work Louisa enjoys going to the gym and cycling.
Kirsty Smith RDH/RDT

Kirsty started her career as a Dental Nurse in 2002, qualifying in 2004. She continued her training and gained certificates in Dental Radiography and Oral Health Education. Kirsty then went on to study at Cardiff University and gained her diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy in 2011.  She has been working in the local area since, and joined Botley Dental in 2013. Outside work Kirsty enjoys reading, going to the cinema, socialising and spending time with her husband and their 2 dogs.

Shindo Ram

Shindo has been at the practice since 1996 as our receptionist. She loves reading, gardening and spending time with her family.

Anne joined the dental team in 2010, although she previously worked at the practice from 1994 to 2008.
 
Outside of work Anne enjoys spending time with her 3 children and socialising.

Sarah joined the dental team in 2008 and gained her Certificate in Dental Nursing in 2011.

Chantelle Gallacher RDN

Chantelle joined the dental team in 2008 having done her work experience here when she was 15 years old! She gained her Certificate in Dental Nursing in 2011. 
 
She enjoys socialising, keeping fit and has a black belt in karate!
Tara O'Sullivan RDN

Tara joined the dental team in 2010.  She has been a dental nurse since 1999 and qualified in 2001.
